Strength & Conditioning

Familiar techniques with great results. Use resistance to build and strengthen lean muscle, perform the exercises at pace that elevates your heart rate, and burn those calories up!

Weight Training

Familiar movements using dumbbells, kettlebells, and barbells to develop muscles and increase muscle mass according to your goals. Mainly focused on size and strength gains, with less focus on endurance.

Functional Movement

Train for life & train for health! Focus on body weight & balance exercises to strengthen the back & core, with some strength & flexibility added. Great for improving posture & range of motion.

Plyometrics

Burn crazy calories & build explosive power with jump training! Plyo training builds leg strength, leads to better athletic performance & a great set of trunks to show for it.

Cardio Kickboxing

A great way to burn calories and build lean muscle. At the same time, kickboxing builds spacial awareness, challenges your endurance, balance, and focus. Time to separate the lovers from the fighters!

Small Group/Family Fitness

Up to 6 friends, family, or whomever! Fitness is a great idea for bonding and quality time. Gather your group outdoors for fitness, exercise & fun!

Couple's Challenge

Bring your Boo to train with you! It's great to have a good workout partner for encouragement, or you can compete & see who washes dishes for the month! #relationshipgoals
